Outfits: Street style in NYFW… and more.

Como ya sabréis, la semana pasada se celebró la Fashion Week de Nueva York (#NYFW) y, ahora mismo, tienen lugar la Mercedes – Benz Fashion Week en Madrid y la Fashion Week de Londres. Así que, esta semana daremos un repaso por los mejores momentos de cada una de ellas, las últimas tendencias, el Street style y mucho más.

Hoy, para ir abriendo boca, os traigo hasta la última de las imágenes que las IT girls y las celebs nos han dejado en los front-rows de las principales firmas. ¿Estáis listas?  Hay looks para todos los estilos, de todos los colores y para todos los bolsillos (bueno, eso algunos más que otros).

As you already know, last week was celebrated New York Fashion Week (#NYFW) and, right now, we can enjoy with Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Madrid and the London Fashion Week. So, this week we’ll take a look for the best moments of each one, the last trends, the Street style and so on… Today, I’ll bring you all the images from IT girls and celebs at the front-rows of the main designers. Outfits: Be my Valentine

¿Estáis ya list@s para el próximo 14 de febrero? Bueno, hoy me gustaría poder ayudar a las de última hora (como yo) con algunas ideas rápidas y que nunca fallan. Así que, a continuación, os enseñaré cuál es mi trío de ases perfecto para este 14 de febrero.

Para mí, las combinaciones perfectas son sencillas, cómodas y fáciles de llevar y, sobre todo, están muy de moda.

Outfit blanco + maquillaje natural: el blanco es un color que se puede llevar todo el año en cualquier ocasión y, siempre resulta elegante y distinguido. Al contrario de lo que pudieseis pensar, considero que el match perfecto para un look completamente en blanco sería un maquillaje natural, que mostrase un piel perfecta, con un toque de bronceador.

Outfit negro + smokey eyes: esta es una apuesta segura. Se puede completar el look con complementos en colores de temporada o con alguna prenda con estampado tartán para darle más color. En cuanto al maquillaje, los smokey eyes como protagonistas y labios nude más discretos.

Outfit rojo + maquillaje nude:  Si optáis por algún color tan llamativo como el rojo o, por qué no, el borgoña (tan de moda esta temporada), lo mejor es que todo lo demás deje protagonismo este color. Si bien, quedaría perfecto con un maquillaje nude con unas pestañas extra largas.

Are you ready for next 14th. February? Today, I would like to give some suggestions to these people who think about whatever in the last minute, as me. I’ll give you some tips for combine the perfect outfit with the greatest makeup for this 14th. February. For me, these combinations are simple, comfy and easy to wear and they’re in.

White outfit + natural makeup: you can wear a total white look all over the year, for any occasion and it is always smart. The perfect makeup to match with this look is a natural makeup, a perfect moisturised skin with a touch of tanning compact powder.

Black outfit + smokey eyes: This is a safe bet. You can complete your look with some complements in fluor colours or with some clothes with red tartan prints. Regarding the makeup, the smokey eyes are the kings and to complete it, a nude lipstick.

Red outfit + nude makeup: If you choose this colour or another one like Bourgogne, the best option is combining with complements in neutral colours. This look will be perfect with a nude makeup and extra eyelashes.

Miscellaneous: Blogs with “Je ne sais quoi” – February

Hoy empiezo un proyecto nuevo para los sábados del mes de febrero. Pensé en la sección de Fashion Icons y me pregunté por qué no escribir también sobre gente más real. Quizá, como a mí, a vostr@s también os interesan las historias reales y únicas que les ocurren a otras personas como nosotr@s. Así que se me ocurrió la idea de escribir sobre mis otr@s compañer@s bloggers, que hacen un trabajo original y magnífico. De modo que aquí comenzamos. Durante los sábados de febrero, os hablaré de los diferentes blogs que sigo y el motivo por el que me gustan, para que vosotr@s también podáis conocerlos y si os gustan seguirlos. ¿Qué os parece?

El día de hoy la nueva entrada tratará sobre el blog Playing with Fashion. Me gusta por varios motivos, pero sobre todo porque me acerca a la moda y la belleza de otros lugares, en este caso su autora vive y trabaja en Beirut.

Ahora mismo estoy totalmente enganchada debido al reto 30×30 que emprendió hace ya algunos días. Se trata de elegir un número limitado de prendas y combinarlas durante 30 días de modo que no se repita el look. Apoyo esta iniciativa porque de ella podemos aprender que menos es más y que no hace falta tener los armarios repletos, sino combinar la ropa y sacarle el mayor partido posible.

Hi everybody,

Today I begin with a new Project for all the Saturdays of February. I was thinking about Fashion Icons section and I wondered why I didn’t write also about real people. Maybe, you’re also interested in unique stories, which happen to normal people as us. Then, I have an idea: writing about my mates, other bloggers who do an original and really creative work. So, every Saturday during February, I’ll introduce you some blogs that I follow and talk about the reason because I love them. Then, you also can check them and if you want, follow them. What do you think about it?

Today the new post is about Playing with Fashion. I like this blog for many reasons, but overall, because I can learn more about style, fashion and beauty from another places far from mine and in this case, its author lives and works in Beirut.

Now she is facing the 30×30 challenge and I read her blog everyday. The challenge is about choosing a limited number of clothes and combining them during 30 days without repeating any look. I like this challenge because we can learn something important about fashion: less is more; we don’t need a lot of clothes, but we do need combine them the best we can and try to get all you can out of them.
